Key Responsibilities
UI Design for mobile and desktop applications using Figma.
Understand and translate business requirements, user needs, and technical capabilities into designs that are visually enticing, easy to use, and emotionally engaging.
Continually iterate on concepts and prototypes to enhance user experience.
Develop and maintain detailed design documentation, including user cases, wireframes, visual mockups, and specifications.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including UX designers, product managers, and developers, to ensure a seamless transition from concept to implementation.
Proactively offer ideas and insights to improve the user experience and interface of our products.
Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and customer-interaction benchmarks, bringing fresh ideas and innovation to our design practices.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Strong portfolio featuring examples of interaction design work.
Expertise in Figma, including complex prototyping and component-based design development.
Demonstrable experience with end-to-end (hybrid UX and UI) design processes.
Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction.
Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively.
Experience working in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment.
Excellent interpersonal skills with a clear, concise communication style.
Additional Considerations
Experience in user testing and design validation.
Understanding of front-end languages: HTML5, CSS3 JavaScript.
Experience in designing for various platforms including web, mobile, and tablet.
